OPC Announces Extension of Convertible Debenture Offering
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/02/13 -- Further to its news releases of July 9 and September 19, 2012, Organic Potash Corporation (CNSX: GOP) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") announces that it has extended the closing of its convertible debenture private placement from December 31 to January 31.
The Debenture proceeds shall be used to complete the Corporation's K2 prototype plant and general corporate purposes.
