Corio sold five properties for ? 118.2 m in the Netherlands and France

In line with its strategy, Corio has sold four retail properties in the
Netherlands and France and one office in France for in total ? 118.2 m in the
last quarter of 2012. The disposals concern Nesselande in Rotterdam (GLA 8,900
m(2)), Getsewoud in Nieuw Vennep (GLA 7,800 m(2)), Parkwijk in Utrecht (GLA
5,500 m(2)), La Croix Blanche in Saint Geneviève des Bois ( GLA 6,600 m(2)) and
the office building Clair de Ville in Rueil Malmaison (GLA 10,600 m(2)).
The disposals are a step on the way towards Corio's full focus on Favourite
Meeting Places. Favourite Meeting Places are typically located downtown, at
transport hubs or in the heart of a larger community and are able, next to
convenience to offer also a wide variety in services and events.
