PERRYSBURG, Ohio (January 2, 2013) - Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI) has
scheduled its fourth quarter 2012 conference call and webcast for Thurs.,
January 31, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. The company's news release for the
fourth quarter and year end 2012 earnings will be issued after the market closes
on Wed., January 30.
