Tele2 AB :Issues Swedish krona Bond

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B)
announces the issue of a Swedish krona bond.
Tele2 AB has successfully completed the issuance of a SEK 500 million bond in
the Swedish bond market. The issue has an investor put/issuer call every 3
months with a final maturity of 7 years. The bond has a floating rate coupon.
The bond has been issued under the companys EMTN program and will not be listed.
