The world's largest professionally managed vacation rental business will also oversee major property and site renovation efforts that will enhance the overall guest experience at the Inn at Aspen, the only ski-in/ski-out hotel located at the foot of Buttermilk Ski Resort.

The Inn at Aspen will upgrade more than 120 rooms with many renovations already having been completed. Each hotel room offers views of the Buttermilk Ski Resort or the Aspen Valley from either a private patio or balcony. Additional renovations include updating the property's exterior and interior façade, and refurbishing many of the common areas such as the lobby, dining area, and the meeting and event space. The Inn at Aspen has abundant meeting space offering exterior patio and lawn areas boasting beautiful mountain views that are ideal for weddings, family reunions and corporate meetings.
As the only lodging property at the foot of Buttermilk Mountain, The Inn at Aspen spans nearly 10 acres and provides families all over the world with the premier ski vacation experience.
