Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of
Thinfilm's chairman of the board, Morten Opstad, who is a primary insider in
Thinfilm.
Thinfilm issued Warrants to the subscribers of new shares in the rights issue
completed in the second quarter of 2009. The Warrants are exercisable in the
period 6-31 May 2010 and 1 September-6 November 2010.
Close associates of Morten Opstad exercised on 31 May 2010 399,393 Warrants at a
subscription price of NOK 0.11 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Opstad and close associates will hold or control
982,496 shares, 0 (zero) Warrants and 325,000 incentive subscription rights.
