announced an expanded relationship with a Fortune 500 European manufacturer of
mobile, fixed networks, multimedia solutions and telecom services.
Under the recently signed five-year contract, Akibia will provide 24x7 data
center services for Oracle and HP servers throughout the EMEA region, including
service desk support, remote technical support, onsite field support and
hardware maintenance support. With this announcement, Akibia has expanded its
multi-shore Infrastructure Management delivery.
