Eltek ASA changes CFO

Drammen, 8 January, 2013: Eltek ASA has started working to recruit a new Chief
Financial Officer, as current CFO Pål Skistad has resigned from his position.
Skistad will remain in the position through the reporting of the interim results
for the fourth quarter and full year 2012, and will leave the company by the end
of February 2013.
Skistad has been with Eltek since 2001, and the company would like to thank him
for his contributions over the past twelve years.
