Under Storebrand's offer to shareholders with less than 200 shares, Storebrand
ASA has on 1 June 2010 purchased 108,628 own shares at NOK 37.90 per share. The
buyback is in accordance with the authorisation approved by Storebrand`s Annual
General Meeting on 21 April 2010.

After this transaction Storebrand ASA owns a total of 3,838,932 own shares.
