Solid Gold Announces AGM Date
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/09/13 -- Solid Gold Resources Corp. ("Solid Gold") (TSX VENTURE: SLD) announced today that it has scheduled an annual and special shareholders meeting for April 25, 2013. Solid Gold was not required to hold its annual shareholders meeting until August 18, 2013 but accelerated the meeting date in light of the shareholder requisition for a meeting (announced on December 12, 2012).

Solid Gold is a junior mining exploration and development company, which controls a +/-200- square-kilometer prospect hosting potential for discovery of economic mineralization at Lake Abitibi near the Porcupine Fault zone in Northern Ontario.
