NEW BOARD MEMBERS IN STOREBRAND ASA

In a meeting held on 1 June 2010, Storebrand ASA's Board of Representatives
re-elected Birger Magnus Chairman of the Board
of Storebrand ASA, and Heidi Skaaret new board member, both for a period of one
year.

The sitting board members, John Staunsbjerg Dueholm, Jon Arnt Jacobsen, Annika
Lundius, Birgitte Nielsen and Halvor Stenstadvold, were all re-elected for a
period of one year.

Following this the Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following members:
Birger Magnus (Chairman of the Board), John Staunsbjerg Dueholm, Jon Arnt
Jacobsen, Annika Lundius,  Birgitte Nielsen, Heidi Skaaret, Halvor Stenstadvold,
Ann-Mari Gjøstein (elected by employees), Knut Dyre Haug (elected by employees)
and Kirsti Valborgland (elected by employees).


NEW BOARD MEMBER IN STOREBRAND LIVSFORSIKRING AS

In a meeting held on 1 June 2010, Storebrand Livsforsikring AS' Board of
Representatives elected Tove Storrødvann as a new member of the Board of
Storebrand Livsforsikring AS.

The sitting board members, Idar Kreutzer (Chairman of the board), Inger Johanne
Bergstøl, Andreas Enger and Egil Thompson, were all re-elected for a period of
one year.

Following this the Board of Storebrand Livsforsikring AS consists of the
following members: Idar Kreutzer (Chairman of the Board),
Inger Johanne Bergstøl, Andreas Enger, Tove Storrødvann, Egil Thompson,
Else-Lill Grønli (elected by employees) and Gorm Leiknes (elected by employees).
