Service Managers Rate Konica Minolta First in All Service Categories
(firmenpresse) - RAMSEY, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. () today announces that just published its annual "" rating Konica Minolta first in 21 of 39 performance categories. Interviewing 107 dealer service managers in imaging system dealerships nationwide, the study found that Konica Minolta's (MFPs -- print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system) received the highest ranking in the study's four primary categories -- Products, Service Support, Product Reliability and Inventory.
Encompassing data from 21,744 monochrome MFPs at customer locations, the Industry Analysts' research asked service managers to rate their primary brand models in each of 39 critical areas on a scale of one to ten, with ten representing the highest rating. Some of the areas included "General Ease of Maintenance," "Image Quality for Prints," and "Ongoing Product Reliability." These features were then grouped into the four categories of: Products, Service Support, Product Reliability and Inventory. Service managers rated Konica Minolta first in 21 of the performance categories, and first in all four service categories with an overall average rating of 8.76.
