Geodex Announces Stock Options Granted
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/11/13 -- Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GXM)(FRANKFURT: G2W) (the "Company" or "Geodex") board of directors has granted 1,030,000 incentive stock options to officers, employees and consultants, exercisable for up to five years at a price of $0.12 per share. The options were granted pursuant to the Geodex Minerals stock option plan and are subject to any applicable regulatory hold periods. All previous options have been cancelled as per resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting held September 4, 2012.
