Expands Services and Offerings for Business Analytics

This acquisition will further expand Prolifics' information management offerings, having acquired Atrium Solutions, an ECM services provider, earlier this year, to better serve its customers.
With this acquisition, Prolifics will be able to extend its market reach with a wider breadth of offerings across the IBM software portfolio and further enable companies to turn complex corporate data into meaningful information that can easily be distributed throughout the organization. Blue Analytic Solutions, an IBM Advanced Business Partner, with over 15 years of experience and focus in Business Analytics and Financial Performance Management, can provide Prolifics customers with best practices, strategic guidance and implementation know-how for the expert delivery of business intelligence solutions. In addition to specializing in the Financial Industry, Blue Analytic Solutions also brings frameworks and accelerators to improve business performance for the retail, consumer product goods and manufacturing sectors featuring intelligent budgeting, planning, reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow analysis.
