Approval of the budget for the business year 2013
Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime

The supervisory board has approved the budget for the year 2013. Einhell
plans despite of the difficult framework conditions with increased revenues
of EUR 400.0 million to EUR 420.0 million and with a pre-tax yield of 3% -
4%.
According to the key data now available for the financial year 2012, the
Einhell Group will record revenues of around EUR 380.0 million (previous
year EUR 365.3 million). Furthermore Einhell anticipate a pre-tax yield of
2.5% - 3%.
Revenue increases are expected in 2013, especially in South America and at
the product range of electrical tool accessories and hand tools.
