Eco-Safe Reports Sales Increase for 2012

Michael Elliot, CEO, said, "We are pleased to report that sales in 2012 represented an increase of 12.7% over those in 2011. As with many companies, this marks a turnaround from the Great Recession. Additionally, the company is pleased to report that it has the largest amount of pending proposals in its history, both in terms of dollars and quantity. It is particularly important to note that these proposals are from both existing and new customers, including expansion into new locations, system upgrades, and new applications."
Elliot continued, "I am also pleased to mention that Eco-Safe made a major commitment during 2012 to expand its intellectual property portfolio by applying for three key patents. Filing patent applications is expensive; however, you can be assured that these cash and equity expenditures were done in a most prudent fashion and per GAAP. Furthermore, these investments have already begun to pay dividends with sales and installations of three systems. One of the company's largest pending proposals includes the use of one of these new NSF registered systems, the R-1000-DO, as well as its existing products."
