Antwerp, 4 June 2010

Property investment fund Intervest Offices announces that it plans the public
emission of a bond loan of minimum ? 50 million and maximum ? 75 million. The
net proceeds of the offer will allow Intervest Offices to diversify its
financial structure en to create possibilities for future expansion.

The Company aims to realize the emission in the coming weeks, if allowed by the
conditions on the financial markets and subject to the approval of the
prospectus by the Banking Commission.

The Joint Lead Managers in this operation are Bank Degroof and KBC.
