Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: PAR.UN) Announces Distribution of $0.05333 per Unit

(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/16/13 -- Partners Real Estate Investment Trust ("Partners REIT") (TSX: PAR.UN) is pleased to announce a $0.05333 per unit distribution for January 2013. The distribution will be paid on February 15, 2013 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2013.

Partners REIT currently has approximately 25,683,177 trust units outstanding.

Distribution Reinvestment Plan

Partners REIT offers a distribution reinvestment plan whereby residents of Canada may elect to have their cash distributions reinvested in additional units of Partners REIT.
