Agency Veteran Robert Solomon to Oversee Strategic Advisory Practice, Adding Marketing Services Expertise to Growing M&A Firm

recently announced the additions of two Managing Directors, David Abraham and Gary Palermo, to assist founder Phil Palazzo with the firm's increased banking and investment activities. Author of the highly respected and widely read book on account management, The Art of Client Service (Kaplan, 2008), Solomon previously was President and CEO of Rapp New York, President of Direct and Digital Marketing at Ammirati Puris Lintas, General Manager of FCB Direct West, and Senior Vice President and Associate Partner of Digitas precursor Bronner Slosberg Associates.
The new initiative greatly expands what the firm previously offered in M&A and advisory support, adding capabilities directed at both private equity firms and marketing services organizations in areas that include buy- and sell-side counsel, valuations, debt/equity financing, positioning, new business development, client relationship management, and market assessment.
