Citadel EFT, Inc. (CDFT) Hires Doty Scott Enterprises to Complete Audit of Assets

(firmenpresse) - OCEANSIDE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/17/13 -- Citadel EFT, Inc's. (OTCQB: CDFT) CEO Gary DeRoos announces that Citadel EFT has just entered into an agreement with Doty Scott Enterprises to complete the audit of the assets that were acquired from Art to Go Inc. The assets were appraised through an independent third party evaluator, which was done prior to the acquisition, and they must also meet SEC requirements.

Gary DeRoos, CEO, states, "The appraisal was thorough, and the firm that completed it came highly recommended; however we need to audit it properly in order to meet the SEC standard. Doty Scott Enterprises was recommended to us by our auditors, Malone & Bailey, and they have experience with asset evaluations, so they will be completing the audit of these assets, and we look forward to the completion of this task."
