Further re : Updated Merger Timetable and European Nickel Consolidation and Placing Timetable

8 June 2010 - Further to the announcement of 2 June 2010, Rusina Mining NL
("Rusina") (AIM: RMLA, ASX: RML) and European Nickel PLC ("European Nickel")
(AIM/PLUS: ENK) are pleased to provide an update to the timetable for the
proposed merger of the companies by way of a Scheme of Arrangement in Rusina.
In addition the timetable for the consolidation of European Nickel's ordinary
shares and the completion of the second tranche of the placing to raise £6.7
million (US$9.7 million) is also shown below.
The timetable has been extended due to a delay in the approval process relating
to the listing of European Nickel on the ASX. Please note that the following
timetable is indicative only and may be subject to change.
