Northern Logistic Property ASA - CEO resigns

Per Gunnar Rymer has informed the Board of Directors that he is resigning from
the position as Chief Executive Officer of Northern Logistic Property ASA to
take up a similar position in Faktor Eiendom ASA. The Board of Directors regrets
that Per Gunnar Rymer is leaving the company and will immediately start the
process of recruiting a new CEO for the company. Rymer has a 6 month notice
period and this gives the Board of Directors adequate time to find a good
candidate for the position.
