(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ARU)(FRANKFURT: NXP3) announces that on January 11, 2013, the directors of the Company appointed Mr. Peter Tegart as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mr. Cyrus Driver as the new Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Tegart is a geologist with 50 years' experience in exploration and mining, and currently serves as director of several other reporting companies. Mr. Driver is a chartered accountant and was a founding partner of Driver Anderson. He is currently a partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP and also currently serves as director or CFO of several TSX Venture companies.
The new management looks forward to working to achieve positive change for the Company and its shareholders.
