Sten Olsson and Mikael Stöhr are proposed as new members to the Board of Directors of Ruric

For the Annual Meeting of Ruric on 22 June 2010, the election committee of Ruric
proposes Sten Olsson and Mikael Stöhr as new members. The election committee
proposes reelection of Nils Nilsson, Tom Dinkelspiel and Jens Engvall. The Board
members Harald Kjessler and Anders Sjunnesson have declined reelection. Sten
Olsson is also proposed to be chairman.
Sten Olsson is currently the Swedish government's investigator for evaluating
state owned properties, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fastighets AB
Förvaltaren and for Förvaltaren Lokalfastigheter I Sundbyberg AB, Board member
for Fastighetsbolaget Gyllenforsen AB, alternate Board member for Roxanne
Fastighetsfond AB and Tornet Boastadsproduktion AB and temporarily appointed CEO
for Sundbybergs Stadshus AB. Previously, Sten has been state secretary in the
Ministry of Finance.
Mikael Stöhr is the CEO of Green Cargo AB. Previously he has been the CEO of
AxIndustries, part of management team for Axel Johnson International AB, head of
the Swedish Export Council in Russia, consultant at McKinsey and attorney at the
law firm Mannheimer Swartling.
The election committee consists of Ramsay Brufer (Chairman), representing
Alecta, Nils Nilsson and Tom Dinkelspiel, representing E. Öhman J:or AB.
