Ageas and UBS AG - Notification

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, UBS AG sent a
notification on 3 June 2010 and on 4 June 2010, respectively advising that, on
28 May 2010, its interest has exceeded the statutory threshold of 3% and reached
3,03% of the shares issued by Ageas, and that, on 31 May 2010, it has fallen
below the statutory threshold of 3%.
A copy of the notification forms sent by UBS AG is attached to this press
release.
