Merging Washington D.C.-based professionals from Dispute Analytics significantly enhances Claro's ability to conduct complex forensic accounting engagements, including commercial litigation and international fraud and corruption investigations, such as cases stemming from Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act actions.
These professionals bring unique international investigations experience, led by Jean-Michel Ferat, now a Managing Director in The Claro Group, gained from working on behalf of Fortune 50 corporations, multinational development organizations and government agencies in over 20 countries. This directly complements Claro's existing expertise and will offer clients a compelling new service. The integration also adds to Claro's existing expert testimony and forensic accounting capability in addition to providing Claro with a physical presence on the East Coast.
