The Court of Appeal of Helsinki has on June 11, 2010 dismissed the prosecution
against Mr. Mikael Lilius, Huhtamäki Oyj's Chairman of the Board, as former
member of Perlos Corporation's Board of Directors. The prosecution concerned a
failure to comply with disclosure obligation in the securities markets in
connection with Perlos Corporation's profit warning in the turn of the year
2002-2003. Mr. Lilius acted as a member of the Board of Directors of Perlos
Corporation in 1997-2003.
