TEKA develops mobile high vacuum extraction unit “dustoo”
„dustoo“ is suitable for the extraction of dry dusts. (firmenpresse) - TEKA developed a little powerhouse with high extraction performance, the “dustoo”. The mobile high vacuum extraction unit can be used wherever a local separation of dry dusts is required.
It is especially suitable for the use at a welding gun with an integrated extraction (torch extraction). The system extracts dusts directly where they are produced and filters substances that are dangerous to health out of the air. An effective occupational safety for staff members is provided.
The system is equipped with two high-pressure turbines providing a high extraction performance with a pressure of up to 20,000 pascal. Besides, “dustoo” is fitted with a BIA M filter cartridge that filters hazardous substances to an extent of more than 99 per cent. It can be dedusted either manually or automatically with compressed air. That is why the cartridge can be used for a long time which reduces the consecutive costs. The particles are collected in a dust collection drawer and can be easily disposed of.
The light unit of 25 kilograms is fitted with castors. Therefore, it can be perfectly used for frequently changing workplaces or for assembly applications.
