NEWS RELEASE
CleanAirTek Enters Negotiations to Acquire Master Lease
Boca Raton, FL, June 15, 2010 - CleanAirTek Holdings, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock
Exchange: CAK) announced today that it has entered into negotiations to
acquire Master Lease, Inc., a Colorado based truck&trailer leasing
business specializing in equipment for owner-operators and small trucking
companies. When concluded, the company expects that Master Lease would
operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary, while enhancing offerings to
customers by adding the fuel savings and emission reduction technologies
that are the core of CleanAirTek's business.
'Since 1983, Master Lease has been in the business of leasing and selling
trucks. We want to offer a $50,000 truck that gets 8MPG and is EPA
friendly,' stated Stu Hoebel, founder of Master Lease, 'With CleanAirTek,
we can do that. It doesn't get more simple than that.'
CEO of CleanAirTek, Raymond Brown said, 'Master Lease helps us achieve our
goal of technology integration faster as we are essentially buying our own
customer while ensuring that the end-user gets the best product at the best
price. That gives us both a competitive edge.'

financing for over-the-road trucks and trailers. The company's customer
