CleanAirTek Enters Negotiations to Acquire Medical Air Solutions
Boca Raton, FL, June 29, 2010 - CleanAirTek Holdings, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock
Exchange: CAK) announced today that it has entered into negotiations to
acquire Medical Air Solutions, LLC, a Georgia based business specializing
in providing air purification technologies to the healthcare marketplace,
specifically for the treatment of airborne contaminants within critical
care areas of hospital facilities. When concluded, the company expects
Medical Air Solutions to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary, while
expanding into untapped areas within the healthcare marketplace with new
and innovative offerings realized through a combination of both company's
proprietary technologies.
