Pinetree Capital Announces Share Issuances
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/29/13 -- Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP) announces that it has issued an aggregate of 7,372,097 common shares as consideration for acquisitions of $6.4 million of securities of various public companies which were completed in January. The shares were issued at effective prices of between $0.85 and $0.90 a share, and represent approximately 5.4% of the total number of common shares of the company outstanding prior to the acquisitions.
