A photo opportunity will take place at 12:00pm where Mayor Jim Watson will help make a decadent chocolate sculpture with the Cococo Chocolatiers team.
"Alongside the traditional and well known assortment of Bernard Callebaut chocolates that Canadians have grown to love over the years, our store will also offer a wide array of new and exciting chocolate products- things like gourmet hot chocolate and espresso, decadent pastries, and - when in season - fruit freshly dipped in our signature chocolate recipes," says a smiley Celine Levo, an owner and the General Manager of the company's newest Canadian location.
"I am passionate about chocolate, especially this chocolate, and can't wait to share my excitement with every customer that walks through the door," adds Levo.

Throughout the day, the company's Maitre Chocolatier, Derrick Tu Tan Pho, will be constructing a chocolate sculpture on site to commemorate the opening of the new Ottawa location. Mr. Pho is an internationally renowned and award winning chocolatier and author.
Celine and her chocolate-loving team will be sampling new individual chocolates, chocolate pastries, and the new Rosemary Fusion bar, which the company won a Silver medal for at the 2012 International Chocolate Awards in London.
