Touchstone Exploration Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/30/13 -- Touchstone Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TAB) (the "Company") announces that the Company has granted an aggregate of 2,800,000 stock options to acquire common shares in the capital of the Company, to employees, officers and directors, at a price of $0.28 per share. The options vest annually over a period of three (3) years and expire five (5) years from the date of issue. Of the grant, 2,400,000 options were granted to officers and directors.
