Dry Fried Wing Company Signs License Agreements With World Famous Rosa's Pizza

LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/13 -- The Dry Fried Wing Company (OTCQB: EEDG) has announced the signing of License Agreements for the immediate co-branding of Dry Fried Wings inside two Manhattan Rosa's locations, at 27th & 7th Ave. and 60th & Lexington Ave. Rosa's operates some of the Metro Areas most successful and highly trafficked pizza locations, and is best known for the unparalleled quality and consistency of all of their offerings.
During the Company's press conference scheduled for Noon tomorrow, February 1st, at the NASDAQ Market Site in Times Square, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Chairman and co-founder, will formally introduce James Boyd as the new CEO of the Dry Fried Wing Company. Boyd, the former COO of Popeye's and former President of Quizno's Canada, will discuss the Company's rapidly expanding schedule of New York area openings as well as immediate growth plans nationwide.
The Event will be highlighted by all media and attendees having the opportunity to get Manhattan's first taste of "Dry Fried Wings, The San Francisco Sensation" which has quickly become one of America's fastest growing co-branding concepts.
