Hengeler Mueller advises LEG Immobilien AG on IPO

LEG Immobilien AG has successfully completed its IPO with the initial
listing of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
LEG Immobilien AG is a real estate company in North Rhine-Westphalia
comprising real estate assets of more than 90,000 residential units.
Back in 2008, Hengeler Mueller had already advised Whitehall and other
funds managed by Goldman Sachs relative to the acquisition of LEG. Hengeler
Mueller now provided comprehensive corporate and employment legal advice
relative to the preparation of LEG's IPO. In particular, the advice
included the transformation of the company into a German stock corporation
(AG), corporate governance issues as well as the future service contracts
with the LEG management. The Hengeler Mueller team included partners Thomas
Müller, Klaus-Dieter Stephan (both Corporate) and Christian Hoefs
(Employment) as well as senior associates Andreas Stoll, Hendrik
Bockenheimer and associates Thomas Lang and Stephan Hennrich (all
Frankfurt).
