HVAC Distributor to Implement Epicor Prophet 21 ERP to Increase Efficiency and Streamline Business Processes

Carrier West will join many of the most successful HVAC distributors in North America that use an Epicor ERP system to improve warehouse, order and inventory management; purchasing automation; financial management; and reporting and business intelligence analysis.
With four locations in Colorado and 110 employees, Carrier West has been providing HVAC equipment for the residential and commercial markets in Colorado and Wyoming since 1991.
Having observed Epicor working with other Carrier distributors, Carrier West representatives decided to participate in the 2012 Epicor Insights Users Conference, attended by more than 1,500 fellow distributors from multiple industry segments. According to Roger Lee, CFO of Carrier West, "We came out of the meeting with an understanding of how Epicor is focused on distribution with investment dollars, technology, and a vision for the future of the industry. Carrier West users will benefit from a fully integrated solution that incorporates a Microsoft Windows®-based platform and SQL Server® database offering in-depth data analytic tools for ease of retrieving information, and built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to drive additional revenue. In addition, the will give Carrier West the ability to mobilize its staff and make them more proactive regarding customer needs.
