Gilde acquires stake in Gamma Holding

The Executive Board of Gamma Holding has taken note of the press release of
Gilde Buy Out Partners ('Gilde') of 18 June 2010, in which Gilde announces that
on 17 June 2010 it acquired 1,456,859 shares in the share capital of Gamma
Holding, corresponding to a stake of approximately 19%, at a price of ? 18.65
per share.

The Executive Board of Gamma Holding was not involved in these transactions. In
the press release Gilde states that as a significant shareholder it is keen to
support Gamma Holding and that its focus is on the long term. The Executive
Board of Gamma Holding will shortly contact Gilde in order to ascertain how
Gilde envisages giving shape to this long-term involvement.
