On the 17th of June SpareBank 1 SMN sold 109 Equity Capital Certificates at a
price of NOK 44.24. The sale is carried out in connection with the banks program
for profit sharing. After the sale the bank owns 11 524 ECCs.

(Norwegian Securities Trading Act)
