CML HealthCare Inc. Implements Sysmex HST-N(TM) Total Hematology Automation Systems

(TSX: CLC) (the "Company" or "CML"), a leading community-based provider of laboratory and medical imaging services in Ontario and British Columbia, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive Vendor Supply and Capital Equipment Service Agreement (the "Agreement") with Sysmex Canada, Inc. ("Sysmex"), the Canadian subsidiary of Sysmex Corporation, a global leader in clinical laboratory systemization and solutions. Under the Agreement, CML will purchase three Sysmex HST-N™ Total Hematology Automation System lines which will be fully implemented and operational by the second quarter of 2013. The Sysmex automated hematology lines will provide CML with the benefits of enhanced clinical opportunities, increased capacity, and improved operational efficiencies.
