Turn Names Mike Murphy to Its Advisory Board

The former vice president of global sales at Facebook has held positions spanning the technology, publishing and social marketing industries, and brings more than 20 years of advertising and sales experience to this new role.

Murphy was Facebook's first vice president of global sales, where he led media strategy, advertising sales and account management. Prior to that, he served as the vice president of media sales for Yahoo!, managing the western region. He also founded TAG, a company that provided outsourced sales, marketing, and business development services to established technology and early-stage start-up companies.
