The Master Franchise will be owned and operated by Scott Hoffmann, and serve the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area including the communities of Chesterfield, Clayton, Florissant, Mehlville and St. Charles among others.

Food Management, Inc. where he was the firm's COO/SVP of Finance & Administration. Additionally, he has held executive-level positions in management, operations and finance with Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Zeigler Coal Holding Company and Zam's, Inc. over the past 20 years.
