Red Rock Energy Inc. Joint Venture Letter of Intent Expires
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/13/13 -- RED ROCK ENERGY Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RRK) ("Red Rock" or "the Corporation") announced today that the Letter of Intent entered into with a privately held Alberta corporation ("Privco") and previously announced by the Corporation in a news release dated May 22, 2012 has expired. Following multiple extensions, Privco has been unable to obtain financing to proceed with the transaction. Accordingly, Red Rock will seek the participation of other parties in the development of its oil properties in NE British Columbia.
