Neuburg/Danube, June 24, 2010 - At VIB Vermögen AG, a company specializing
in commercial property management, the second-tier subsidiary company BHB
Brauholding Bayern-Mitte AG (BHB Brauholding AG) is currently publicly
offering new shares and is planning to have its shares listed in OTC
trading (m:access) at Munich Stock Exchange. VIB Vermögen AG's subsidiary
BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG, Ingolstadt (BBI Immobilien AG)
holds a majority interest in BHB Brauholding AG, and this company bundles
the Group's operating brewery business. As part of a capital increase with
a public offer, it is planned to issue up to 1,600,000 new shares of BHB at
a fixed price of EUR 2.80 per new BHB share. Initial listing of BHB
Brauholding AG in OTC trading (m:access) at Munich Stock Exchange is
scheduled for July 8, 2010.
The subscription period starts on June 28 and ends on July 5, 2010.
Shareholders of VIB Vermögen AG have been granted preferential subscription
rights as part of the Friends&Family program. This relates exclusively to
shareholders who were or are shareholders of VIB Vermögen AG as of June 21,
2010. There is no legal entitlement to the allocation of new shares.
For Ludwig Schlosser, VIB Vermögen AG's CEO, the public offer of the Group
subsidiary is part of the consistent further development of the company:
'BHB Brauholding AG is pursuing a promising regional strategy. The company
aims to establish itself as a leading provider on the regional beverages
market by expanding its market share on its home markets and acquiring
additional brand rights. The public offer with listing in OTC trading is a
key step in this regard.' The gross proceeds from the issue of up to EUR
4.8 million will be used for both the further expansion and also to repay
financial liabilities at BHB Brauholding AG. 'In our experience, a solid
financial footing is exactly what is needed for future growth,' added Peter
Schropp, also a member of the Managing Board. 'The Friends&Family program
means that shareholders of VIB Vermögen AG receive an attractive offer to
participate in one of Southern Germany's most traditional breweries,' he
commented, explaining the preferred subscription rights.
