SOLTEQ PLC'S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS HAVE ENDED

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON JUNE 24, 2010
Solteq Plc has finalized the co-operation negotiations which began June
28th 2010. As a result of these negotiations 17 employments will be terminated.
In addition during the negotiations 6 employees terminated the employment
contract in other way than notices of termination.
Together with staff reduction the company has started other actions which will
help to save relative to 5 man-year costs.
In addition to closed actions the company anticipates changes in demand with
lay-off reservation of 10 man-year regarding to all the personnel of Solteq
Group.
The 0,4 million euros costs for these terminations of employments will be
presented full in the Interim Report for the second quarter.
Despite to cost savings to be gained during this financial year, the company
keeps estimated turnover and operating result as announced May 28, 2010.
