Change in Hygena management

Nobia announces that Nick Friend, who is currently the president of Hygena in
France, will return to the UK to assume the role of Senior Vice President of the
business-to-business operations there. Nick Friend has been head of Hygena for
the past year and was head of the Gower business unit in the UK for three years
prior to that.

Nobia's CEO Preben Bager will be Acting President of Hygena.
