Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of June 24, 2010 in Zug, the shareholders of
Private Equity Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors with
a large majority. The Members of the Board, Messrs. Dr. Hans Baumgartner and Dr.
Hans Christoph Tanner were re-elected and Messrs. Martin Eberhard and Patrick
Schildknecht were elected for a term ending on the day of the 2011 Annual
General Meeting. KPMG AG, Zurich, were re-elected as statutory auditors.
The agenda items and the proposals of the Board of Directors as well as the
