In the course of the optimization of its existing portfolio, Heliad Equity
Partners GmbH&Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0L1NN5) disposed a further fund
investment. This disposal generated a profit of at around 800,000 Euro
respectively 7 Cents per share. At the same time, the open commitments and
hence liabilities got reduced by 2.7 million Euro.
'This disposal and thus the generated profit underline our conservative
valuation approach. Further disposals of ready-for-sale appointed funds are
expected to be entirely finalized by the end of the third quarter 2010.
Hence, we anticipate through this another cash inflow in the mid millions
amount as additional liquidity and the realization of further profits for
the year 2010. Through this, a fundamental part of the 2008 started
portfolio optimization could be realized in the envisaged time of two
