In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Davis Selected Advisers,
L.P. sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they
hold had fallen on February 8, 2013, below the threshold of 5% of the total
outstanding shares issued by RHJ International ("RHJI").
On February 8, 2013, Davis Selected Advisers, L.P. held 4,226,537 voting rights,
representing a stake of 4.94% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a stake of
5.66% as disclosed in its previous transparency declaration.
