Hamburg, 19th February 2013 - As already advised in the Corporate News on
27.12.2012, Varengold Wertpapierhandelsbank AG (WKN 547930), a German
investment bank with an exclusive focus on asset management with managed
futures and capital markets brokerage, has increased its existing
controlling interest of previously 71% in the Hanseatic Brokerhouse
Securities AG (HBS) to 100%.
Varengold would consolidate the previous cooperation with HBS in particular
in the fields of the trading-products CFDs and forex and thus further
strengthen its own in-house sales significantly. The increase of interests
in the HBS represents an important step in the consistent positioning of
Varengold and its seminal future visions on an international basis.
