Stuttgart/Germany, June 28, 2010 - Digital Identification Solutions AG
(DISO), a leading international ID solutions provider, announces that Mr.
Markus Zuebert, a member of DISO's Supervisory Board, has resigned from
office. The Company also announces that the appeal filed with the Stuttgart
Local Court (Amtsgericht) has been dismissed.
In a letter dated June 16, 2010, Mr. Markus Zuebert, a member of DISO's
Supervisory Board, resigned from office with effect from July 14, 2010.
In addition, the appeal filed on June 4, 2010, as well as the motion for a
temporary order (einstweilige Anordnung) against the judicial appointment
of Dr. Hans-Joerg Rotberg as new member of the Supervisory Board of DISO
were dismissed with prejudice by the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court
(Oberlandesgericht) by a resolution dated June 18, 2010 as they were
considered to be without cause.
